初识画室
今天是我美术老师实习的第一天，走进画室，映入眼帘的是整洁明亮的教室，墙上贴满了各种美术作品，作为美术系的学生，我感到既兴奋又紧张，实习老师王老师，是系里知名的素描老师,她的教学风格以细致入微著称。
王老师首先带我们参观了画室的基本布置，介绍了各种绘画工具和材料，随后，她 gave us a simple warm-up exercise: drawing a still life. 我 chose a set of colored pencils to start with, but quickly realized that my skills were lacking. After several attempts, I managed to sketch a simple still life of a flower vase. Though not perfect, it marked the beginning of my journey in painting.
实习第二天： Still Life 的奥秘
第二天，王老师开始教授 Still Life 的基本概念，她 explained that Still Life not only tests one's observational skills but also creativity. We learned to focus on the textures, colors, and lighting of objects in a scene.
In the afternoon, we practiced drawing a still life of a tea set. I found it challenging to capture the fine details of the porcelain and the gilded lid. After hours of sketching, I finally got a decent piece. I felt a sense of accomplishment, but also realized how much I still needed to learn.
实习第三天：色彩的魔力
第三天，王老师带我们探索色彩的世界，她 gave us a set of color palettes and asked us to create a still life that stood out in color. I chose a bouquet of roses, which I painted in vibrant shades of red, pink, and white. The result was both colorful and meaningful to me.
However, I struggled with the color theory. I often mixed colors that didn't complement each other, resulting in muddy and unappealing results. After several adjustments, I managed to create a piece that I was proud of.
实习第四天：素描练习
第四天，王老师 focused on our drawing skills. We practiced shading and proportions. I chose a model to draw, but found it difficult to capture her facial features and body language accurately.
Despite the challenges, I persisted and managed to create a detailed sketch. I realized that practice was key to improving my skills. I also learned the importance of patience and attention to detail.

实习第六天：教学中的挑战
在实习的后几天，我遇到了不少挑战，有些学生绘画基础薄弱，难以跟上课程进度，我尝试用不同的方法帮助他们，比如通过示范和引导,但效果并不理想。
我开始反思自己的教学方法，意识到需要更多耐心和灵活性，我决定在课后为他们提供额外的辅导,帮助他们巩固基础。
实习第七天：教学反思
实习的最后一天，王老师组织了一次教学反思 session. 我分享了自己在教学中的收获和不足，得到了许多宝贵的建议，我意识到，作为教师，不仅要有扎实的专业知识,还要有敏锐的教学洞察力。
通过这次实习，我不仅学到了许多课堂内外的知识，也收获了宝贵的教学经验,我感到自己在专业和教育能力上都有了显著的提升。
